Chaipat Lawsirirat, Ph.D., is an associate professor and, currently, the dean of Faculty of Sports Science, Chulalongkorn University. He obtained his doctoral degree in Decision Sciences and Engineering Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA, and a bachelor degree in Construction Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bangkok Thailand.  His research interests include biomechanics, modeling of large-scale systems, mathematical modeling, optimization, and risk management.
