Membership Application Form

* Application will be subjected to the approval of the ACESS Management Committee.
* Approved applicant will receive a notification with membership fees details and payment advice after the approval.

Personal data and supporting documents provided in connection with your application will be used by the ACESS for considering and processing the application, checking compliance with the criteria required for the membership class you have applied for and for other related purposes. Incomplete or inaccurate information provided in the application may affect the consideration and processing of the application, and may result in the application being deferred or rejected. The data collected in the application will be kept in confidence.

Applicants whose personal data are collected by the ACESS may request access to them. If the applicant consider that the data supplied to the ACESS is inaccurate, a request for correction of the personal data may be made in writing to membership@acess.asia
