SYNOPSIS
This talk will cover a wide range of aspects related to physical activity in children, including its benefits, patterns, influencing factors, effective interventions, and the importance of advocacy.
Through a combination of empirical evidence and practical strategies, attendees will gain valuable insights into how to encourage and maintain regular physical activity in young children. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence children’s engagement in physical activity and learn effective interventions to overcome common barriers.
