Synopsis

Physical fitness serves as a crucial indicator of both current and future health. However, conducting research in this field involves significant challenges, including the difficulty of obtaining nationally representative data and the absence of standardized measurement protocols, which hinder international comparisons. This seminar will address key issues in the study of children’s physical fitness and explore potential directions for future research.
